About Us

The goal of Falcons Youth Lacrosse is to instill the values of character counts to our players, coaches and spectators. We are not for profit, volunteer, recreational program dedicated to the development of the young boys and girls who play the game. We do so with the goal of providing a safe, healthy and positive environment for our youth so they can enjoy the game they play, in the community they reside. Equally as important we want all players to realize that they are valued as part of the team and part of our program.

The Jefferson Youth Lacrosse organization’s vision is to develop a premier youth lacrosse program, through skill development, cooperation, and positive interaction while providing support to its’ participants and establishing a foundation so that all who desire to participate are able to.

Jefferson Youth Lacrosse is a volunteer-driven organization. We rely on parents and other volunteers to serve crucial positions to the success of the club, as board members, coaches, and in other roles throughout the season.

We are consistently looking to improve the experience for our players and families and welcome any time or assistance you may be able to provide the club. In addition to growing participation in Jefferson Youth Lacrosse, we are looking to increase awareness of lacrosse within the greater community and we rely on current players and families to help us further our mission and vision.
